      • TBT, the filth that came out of my mouth was crazy. I flossed prior to taking about 1/2 shot glass. I’d recommend less, the more I swished it built up pressure. It’s no lie the scum that you spit out is real, and disgusting. Feels fresh and pleasant aftertaste. No idea if I’m ingesting toxins 🤣 I’ll follow up in a month.

      • This stuff is really good (but why is it brown?) At first I thought it was BROWN stuff coming out of my mouth but it’s actually the mouthwash itself it’s brown. But does leave a refreshing feeling better than Listerine.

      • I am a huge fan on Hismile and they offered me a free product. I am not a big mouthwash user but I do like this mouthwash. The taste is abrasive at first but really not too bad once you get used to it and seeing all the gunk that comes out of my mouth is gross but also satisfying. I wish that maybe they could find a way to make it any color other than brown. It does seem a little bit pricey for how quickly it goes so I don’t know if I will continue buying. If I am looking, I would save my teeth do look a little more white, but I wouldn’t say that it was a substantial change after two months of fairly consistent use. Overall, I would recommend trying it out!

I did try brushing my teeth , regular mouthwash and then tested this one out and it did have a lot of particles !and my mouth feels so clean only complain is that the bottle does not come filled to the top ( it’s filled to about where the W in word mouthwash is ) and it is expensive not to get a full bottle!
